Humnize, a forward-thinking recruitment company, needed a brand identity that felt as human as their approach. With a focus on people-first hiring and genuine connections, the goal was to create branding that felt modern, professional, and approachable—striking the right balance between trust and warmth in an industry that can often feel a little impersonal.
The challenge was to visually communicate Humnize’s ethos of thoughtful recruitment and long-term relationships. Using clean typography, a calm yet confident colour palette, and subtle graphic elements, I developed a brand identity that feels fresh, grounded, and people-focused. The final result gives Humnize a clear, consistent presence that reflects their mission to make recruitment feel more human—online, in print, and beyond.
